Gavin's 1st Birthday started out on the wrong foot with no GPS, no portable internet, a hurt back and traffic. Despite all the obstacles, the party turned out to be enjoyable and everyone had fun getting their pictures taken in the booth. Don't forget to share the pictures on Facebook and like the page too!
Here are a few pics from the gig today in Corona, CA. Visit the gallery or Facebook to see them all. This was not an easy decision but it made the most sense after evaluating the choices. Lucky Frog has found a new home for photos, and will be located here: http://luckyfrogphotos.smugmug.com
All the photos from the previous website will be uploaded to the new gallery, and can be shared and downloaded just like before. I hope that this new website will make it easier to download and share your priceless memories, and thank you for your support as always.
After hours of research, I have come up with a partial solution to create a photo booth when no power is available. I honestly knew nothing about mobile power but have learned so much in the last few weeks. So far I have a solar panel charging a backup unit, and 400 watt setup powering the monitor, laptop and flash. The next challenge is to make the printer work, so hopefully a 1000W inverter will do the trick. It's amazing how much we depend on electricity now days!
Today marks the 1 year anniversary of making a photo booth, and also happens to be my birthday as well. Obviously the first attempt one year ago was not as nice as this but the experience was just as fun.
Here are a few pics of the new setup, and the next project will be to build a new enclose. Thank you to all the Lucky Frog fans out there, and see you all at your next event. |
